As a relatively new brand, one of the key challenges is to penetrate into the high-end B2B market to establish a demand for its two-heads South Africa abalone. TEICO faces challenges in influencing its target segment to view its abalones as a westernized product which can be gifted during other seasonal occasions like Christmas, instead of viewing TEICO abalones as a traditional gift that is only suitable for Chinese New Year.

Our key focus for this project is on designs & concept, transforming their product and creating experiences in this ever-changing market.
