Project Summary
Being a heritage brand with 143 years of history has not stopped Eu Yan Sang from embracing change. Iconograph Brands assisted Eu Yan Sang in achieving the goals of transforming from a Traditional Chinese Medicine retailer, by restructuring its operations and introducing new ways to connect with customers to boost productivity and maintain profits. The company’s efforts to increase efficiency have centred on five pillars: differentiating its products, optimising stores and operations, personalising service, expanding marketing channels and strengthening the brand. Iconograph Brands understood the importance of connecting a traditional brand towards a younger generation of audiences and began a series of production differentiation and communication outreach.
