About the event
Titled 'Counting Stars', the National Day Celebrations has returned to its full form and bigger than ever. Featuring program highlights for 2 days including movie screenings, snack giveaways, sports booths, games booths, DJ performances, roving entertainment and many more. To cap off the wondrous night, a 5-min fireworks display was launched from the centre platform in the middle of the pond, leaving the 5000+ attendees awestruck.
OUR APPROACH
Crowd Management
We allocated an abundance of dedicated manpower to manage the crowd flow, along with providing general answers and direction. With the immense crowd on the day itself, we proficiently kept the crowd dispersed, letting them experience the event in the best way possible.
Build-up & Teardown
Our skilled team managed the entire build-up and teardown process efficiently and professionally. We coordinated with vendors, supervised the setup of stages, exhibition areas, seating arrangements, audio-visual equipment, and other event infrastructure. After the event, we ensured a swift and systematic teardown, reinstating the venue to its original condition.
Fringe Activities
To enhance the carnival atmosphere, we designed and implemented a range of fringe activities. These activities included interactive booths,
games, performances, and demonstrations that provided entertainment and engagement for participants of all ages. The guests also indulged in a few food stalls that were available throughout the event.
Audio Visual Management
We deployed professional audio-visual systems throughout the venue to provide an all-encompassing ambience. The technicians ensured optimal sound quality, visual effects, and seamless integration of multimedia elements, enhancing the overall experience for both VIPs and attendees.
Booth Layout & Build-up
We meticulously designed the layout of booths to maximize attendee flow and engagement. Our team managed the build-up process and schedule, ensuring the timely and efficient setup of each booth, taking into consideration factors such as aesthetics, functionality, and accessibility.
THE RESULTS
The National Day Celebration attracted a thousand attendees, creating a lively and festive atmosphere that truly embodied the spirit of Singapore. Attendees commended the event’s well-organized schedule, diverse entertainment lineup, and the overall sense of community it fostered. The highlight of the evening—an impressive fireworks display—was met with cheers and awe, making it a night to remember.
